I keep fiddling with details of the modified Ashley theme being used by this blog now that I’m back in here a bit. I’ve just decoupled the body font from the default meta tag-defined method and theme-default Google Font Gentium Book (a very nice font), and I’ve set things in the (on-page) stylesheet to the Alegreya family Google Fonts. Basically same as on my personal homepage, I’m using Alegreya for body text and Alegreya Sans for headings (except for h1, so: h2 through h6).
I’ve also gone ahead and added verbiage to the page footers filling out basic about information and adding a copyright line.
